Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Wight Tea Company. We truly appreciate your business. Our tea blends are made in small batches and may vary slightly in flavor. If you are unsatisfied with your tea, please let us know so that we may work with you to make your tea taste great!

We are unable to return opened tea products, as they are food items and may not be resold.  Unopened teas and tea accessories may be returned within 15 days of receiving online orders for store credit only. Proof of purchase is necessary and items must be in their original condition. If you purchased from a market or pop-up event and wish to return, please contact us at hello@wighttea.com.
